    Bernie's Barbecue in Greensboro

Hey everyone, I stopped for lunch again at Bernie's Barbecue in Greensboro (2602 E Bessemer Ave, Greensboro, NC  27405 - (336) 274-1256) yesterday and just wanted to leave a comment or two on my experience.  I got the sandwich with Cole slaw on the side (just the way I like it - then I can taste the pork without slaw first and then with as much or as little slaw as I want).  This was my second time at Bernie's - first time was in spring of 2006.

I found the Q to be fairly moist, but a bit chewy.  The flavor was pretty good - Eastern style with a nice balance of vinegar and pepper without overpowering the flavor of the pork.  The Cole-slaw was chopped pretty fine with a tasty-creamy dressing.  Pretty good meal for only $2.75 including tax!  On my scale of 1.0 (worst) to 5.0 (best) I rated this Q a solid 4.0.
