North Carolina BBQ Q&A

Having grown up in NC, and now living in Texas, I really miss eating real BBQ! Does anyone know any restaruants that freeze and ship BBQ?

I've looked some, and called a few, but haven't found anyone that does this on a regular basis. I would love to order about 10 pounds of sliced or chopped and have it sent to Texas so I can get my bbq fix. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
