    Howdy

I see some old friends here like Corndog and Raine who didn't email me about

this site...dang you guys, I found you anyway!

Jim Morgan from Myrtle Beach, Tar Heel born and bred.

Love NC bbq so much I created this website www.carolinabbqjoints.com

You'll find Raine's joint, EB's, highly reccomended.  Look forward to some

    great discussion about Carolina Q!

    Welcome Captain Morgan!

Love your site.  Things are a bit slow right now, but with the looming 100 degree heat coming this week, that should force some of us to stay inside a bit more and do some posting!

Please feel free to post any content you want and let's make this one of the best BBQ sites in the country.

Welcome Jim. Donald has been doing an excellent job of getting this site going so spread the word!  I KNOW you have the forum for that!

Special attention should be given to the sauce contest upcoming Donald is putting on.  It is a necessary tool to promote NC BBQ!

    Re: Howdy

Welcome Papa Lonnies!  Well I think you found the right place :)

Can't reply to much right now as I'm heading out the door to head over to the NC State Fairgrounds to check out the N.C. Barbecue Cooking Championship - http://www.ncagfest.com/. Was there last night and the judging is this morning. Yep, braving the 100 degree heat today.

Please feel free to post away and I'll try and report back later tonight.
