What's your favorite restaurant? Let others know where to find the best NC BBQ!

I am lucky to live in Wilson, NC.  We have several great que places w/i a stones throw of each other....my favorite place is Parkers. And is is mainly b/c of their slaw...I like the tangy mustard flavor it has.  The bbq and stuff are very similar to Bills in my mind's eye, but of course, none of them are as good as what I can put out on my pit!!!!

Wilber's in Goldsboro without a doubt, with Clyde Cooper's in Raleigh running a close second.

Without question, Wilbers in Goldsboro is the best. I would add B's in Greenville as 2nd best. BTW, when Ed Mitchell got in trouble, he said he was going to open another place in Wilson, after he got everything settled. Does anyone know anything about his plans?

I  haven't heard anything on Mitchell's as of late.  But I did have some of Bill's out of Wilson last night.. Not too bad.  Good, quick service.
