Donald, if you want to remove this, that's fine, but I thought I would try to get the word out anyway.  My wife had a co-worker lose her battle (7 weeks!!!) with cancer last week and we are doing a take out rib plate this Saturdat, 21 Mar, at the Wal-Mart in Wilson NC. Plates are $6 for ribs, 3 sides and bread.  So, if anyone on here is going to be in Wilson, come on by from 2-6 and support this great cause.  Thanks,

Just wanted to give an update on this very sucessfull event....we smokedabout 73 racks of spare ribs and sold them ALL!!!!!  I think we sold about 225 plates in the span of 6 hrs!!!  An man were they good...All in all, between the plate sales, drink sales, desert sales and donations, we were able to give the family about $1600!!!! It was a beatifull day for this event and the good Lord was looking out for us.  Thanks Don for letting me post this info.
