I'm gonna try to post some pics of an appetizer that I tried a while back...I call it the Defibulator...it has pork sausage, Italian sausage, bacon, cream cheese, seasonings, blueberry pepper jelly and cooked on my WSM..

Donald, it tasted almost as good as it looked...It wasn't as firm a texture as we wanted, and the top glaze needs some tweeking...But there's always next time!!!!
